These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChillinnBOT, operated by NextGen Systems ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing ChillinnBOT, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your organisation, and accept these Terms in full.
ChillinnBOT is a cloud compliance evidence automation platform that helps regulated-industry teams collect, organise, and report on GxP-related compliance controls across AWS and Azure cloud environments.
The platform operates in read-only mode — it does not create, modify, or delete resources in your cloud environment.

By connecting your AWS or Azure account to ChillinnBOT, you confirm that:
ChillinnBOT provides automated evidence collection to assist with GxP compliance activities. The platform does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your organisation meets all applicable regulatory requirements including 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and GAMP 5.
Evidence generated by ChillinnBOT should be reviewed by qualified personnel before inclusion in validation documentation.
All content, features, and functionality of ChillinnBOT — including but not limited to the software, controls engine, report templates, and UI — are owned by NextGen Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextGen Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ChillinnBOT. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend access immediately in cases of Terms violation.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
