Do you store my AWS or Azure credentials?
No. ChillinnBOT never stores your access keys, secret keys, or service principal credentials. All credential handling is done in-session only.
What does "read-only" mean exactly?
ChillinnBOT only reads configuration data to check compliance controls. It never creates, modifies, or deletes any resources in your cloud environment.
Is pilot pricing really locked in forever?
Yes. Pilot customers keep their discounted rate for the lifetime of their subscription, regardless of future pricing changes.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts required during the pilot phase.
Does ChillinnBOT replace our QMS?
No — ChillinnBOT generates structured evidence that feeds into your existing QMS or validation documentation. It complements your current processes.
